The upper body trainer with a pulley system is designed for a variety of strength training at home or on the go. It is designed for high and low tension exercises for biceps, back and triceps.
The trainer is made of steel and nylon, has a double pulley system and adjustable length cables. It is compatible with 2.5 cm and 5 cm weight plates, standard racks and weights. The maximum stated load is 100 kg.
