Description
The inversion table is a multifunctional home trainer for inversion exercises, pull-ups and push-ups. It has a foldable structure, a padded backrest and lumbar support.
The backrest of the trainer is adjustable in 18 positions, and three angles are provided for inversion. An adjustable ankle locking system and a safety belt are used during exercises. Non-slip feet help stabilize the structure.
